In many sectors of electronic manufacturing, precision is synonymous with increase competitiveness and greater customer satisfaction. For machining requiring the highest accuracy, Tecnopinz offers the Ultra Precision (UP) version. Available for all PCB spindle collets, it will allow you to operate with static radial runout values below three thousandths of a millimetre (0,003mm = 3 microns).

Specification

Tecnopinz collets are manufactured in high-quality, high-precision and suitable for the entire range of electric spindles: Pluritec®, Excellon®, Westwind®, Precise®, Posalux®, KaVo®, Machswiss®, Air Bearing® ABL, Roku-Roku®, Weoa®, Toshiba®, Mechatronic® and others (like Hitachi®) for tools with a typical shank of 3.00 and 3.175 mm (1/8”) or else.

These spindles are then built into machines produced by many different manufacturers: Excellon®, Klingelnberg® (Micronic, Alpha 02), Schmoll®, Lenz®, Posalux®, Pluritec®, KLG®, Bungard®, Walter Lemmen®, Hitachi®, MAPE®, AEMG® (Wessel®), Roku-Roku®, TIMAX®, LIN SONG®, etc.
