Identify the cause of chatter
Analysis and diagnosis service to propose optimal machining solutions
Vibration analysis and diagnosis service is a service that actually performs hammering (impulse response analysis) to understand the characteristics of vibration, identify the causes of chatter, and suppress chatter during machining.
We also propose highly stable machining conditions and tool and jig shapes that suppress chatter.
Support from vibration analysis and diagnosis to technical proposals

Vibration measurement during machining
An accelerometer is attached to the workpiece to measure vibration during machining.
Hammering survey
Perform hammering (impulse response analysis) to identify the cause of chatter.
Using the results of hammering survey, we perform stability limit analysis and propose machining conditions with high stability against chatter. Eliminates the need for machining trials under vibrating conditions and extensive evaluation man-hours and preparation of workpieces for testing.

Based on the results of vibration analysis, we propose tools and jigs with high tool rigidity and vibration damping.

Problem
“Chatter occurs and surface roughness worsens.”

Solution
We calculated stable machining conditions and eliminated chatter.

Problem
“Chatter occurs and cutting edge is damaged frequently, increasing the cost of replacing inserts.”

Solution
We equipped the tool with a damper to suppress chatter and eliminate defects. For details, see our product page.
Problem
“Chatter occurs and the roundness deviates from the requirements.”

Solution
We equipped the tool with a damper to improve damping performance and achieve roundness within requirements. For details, see our product page.
