── Introducing ideas and technologies ──
Tightening/loosening of bolts, conventionally performed manually, is now possible simply by mounting our Tightening series on a machining center by utilizing the rotational power of the main spindle and by incorporating a compression function and torque limiter.
By utilizing this system together with our material handling holders, it contributes to “automation”, “investment reduction”, and “improvement of equipment utilization rate”.

“Current status and challenges”
- The changeover of jigs and tightening/loosening of bolts to fix workpieces are done by dedicated equipment, robots, or manual operations.
- However, dedicated equipment and robots are expensive and difficult to install, while manual work is time-consuming and causes equipment stops, resulting in a lower equipment utilization rate.
“Development points”
- Tightening/loosening of bolts can be performed in the same facility as the machining center by simply attaching our Tightening series to the machining center.
- It also supports automatic changeover of jigs and workpieces.
