The “High Precision work chuck jig” is a jig that clamps a workpiece by  expanding / contracting the collet.
Stable clamping is realized by setting the clamping force according to the body shape and cutting resistance according to the cutter’s machining trajectory, and by utilizing CAE analysis.
Furthermore, various quick-change mechanisms enable easy stage changes to accommodate a wide variety of workpieces.
This contributes to “stable runout accuracy” and “reduction of man-hours” required for step changes.
