01 Straight line brush

A straight brush in which the bristles are fixed by sandwiching them between channels (steel plates).
A custom-made brush where you can choose the channel size, bristles type, wire diameter, dimensions, etc.

02 Twisted Brush

This brush has bristles arranged between wire cores and twisted together to hold the bristles in place. It is effective for brushing inner diameter surfaces. It can be used for a wide range of purposes, from manual work to machining.

① Double spiral type (W/S type): A brush that satisfies both density and durability by twisting the bristles alternately around four core wires.
② Double single spiral type (S/S type): A highly durable brush with bristles twisted around two core wires.
③ Single spiral type (S type): A cost-effective brush with bristles twisted between two core wires.
④ Twisted Brush (SF type): Our new product. The bristles are folded and twisted with a single flat wire, eliminating the need for soldering at the tip. Compared to regular twisted brushes, it can hold more bristles at the tip, making it effective for brushing the bottom of holes.

 

When used as a rotary tool, it can be manufactured to match the rotation direction (CW/CCW) of the drive source. The bristles can also be cut in multiple stages or tapered to suit the shape of the object.

③ The dot type: intermittent bristle arrangement allows for a cutting effect that conforms well to the shape of the workpiece. A bristle length adjustment mechanism can be added, allowing for adjustment of brushing strength.
④ Punch Brush [New Product]: A high-density, lightweight brush with excellent cost performance that eliminates waste. Compared to conventional channel types, the bristles are fixed with resin, making it lighter. The brush section is a high-density type with bristles evenly distributed. The amount of bristles that protrude can be adjusted, allowing you to adjust the optimal brushing strength. Worn brushes can be easily removed from the holder, making them easy to replace by the customer.

① Tightly wound: A high-density brush that wraps the brush without any gaps.
② Pitch winding: Unlike close winding, this brush is wound with a spaced pitch. It can also be used to adjust density and transport objects by taking advantage of the pitch.
③ Helical winding: A brush wound in opposite directions from the center, sending objects to the left and right as it rotates.


In addition to the above, radial and multi-row types are also available. Brushes with a total length of up to 6.4m and a brush outer diameter of Φ1100 can be manufactured.
Dynamic balance adjustment and special hair clipping are also possible.
Used brush shafts can be reused, eliminating the need to remake the shaft.

Features

It has excellent abrasion resistance, elasticity, and flexibility, and is the most common type of synthetic fiber.

It comes in 6, 66, 610, and 612 types, each with different characteristics.

Features
A synthetic fiber made by compounding nylon 6 & 66 yarn with conductive carbon black.

02 Metal wire

Steel wire (SW)

Features
Hard steel wire that has been hardened by cold drawing. Strength varies depending on the carbon content.
Hardened wire and oil tempered wire that are close to purple in color are prone to breakage and are difficult to use.
When using magnetic force to recover broken bristles as foreign matter, SW is used instead of SUS.

Can be used under high temperatures

Features
